Schedules & Results:

Spirit Cheer is becoming an "Environmentally Friendly" company and in 2010 and 2011 we are going green. We will no longer print up schedules to hand out at an event. Each event will have posted "Large Schedules" at the entrances and common areas for all spectators. All times are subject to change based upon last minute cancellations or additions. We encourage you to download a final copy of the performance order the friday of the competition, to ensure no schedule changes have occured and you are looking at the most current line up. Spirit Cheer makes every effort to follow the performance order to the minute. Please keep in mind that you are attending a live event and it requires patience and flexibility. From time to time, injuries occur in the venue, performance anxiety, sickness, and even teams arriving late due to circumstances beyond their control; Spirit cheer and it's staff will make every effort to accomidate these circumstances as it may effect our scheduling. we will do our best to keep you informed of these changes. Spirit Cheer can not be held responsible for these issues and for parents, family and friends who miss a performance or award ceremony because of the schedule. We reccommend getting to the event 1 hour ahead, as times can fluctuate during the day.

Spectator Information

Photography and Video

Videotaping and photography is allowed at our event. We will also have a videographer on site to record all of the performances as well. We ask that you be respectful to all of these professionals and they do make their living at our events.

Travel/Hotel Information

Spirit Cheer has hired an outside company called Traveling Teams to secure lodging for all Spirit Cheer events during this upcoming 2010-2011 event season. Traveling Teams specializes in helping secure large or small team room blocks for you with options to fit any size budget. Due to their huge buying power, teams across the country can take advantage of discounted hotel and travel rates. Please contact Rob at Traveling Teams at rob@travelingteams.com, telephone number is 866-468-3268 x804 or click here to be sent to the hotel information.

Parking

Spirit Cheer hosts events at large venues that may charge parking fees. These fees may vary per vehicle (cars vs. buses). All parking accommodations are managed by the venue and fees are retained by the venue as well. Thank you for your cooperation.
