REGISTRATION INFO & GUIDELINES

1. Camps

      a. Camps are scheduled 30 days in advance

      b. There is a 50% deposit on all camps with the remaining balance due two weeks prior to the camp date

      c. Camps that are scheduled less than 30 days in advance need to follow these guidelines:

                                   i. Payment is in full at the time of registration

                                   ii. Payment will only be received by credit card

      d. Camps that are scheduled for school purposes must show proof of a purchase order

      e. No camp(s) will be instructed without full payment prior to camp scheduled date(s).

      f. There are no refunds or changes in invoicing 14 days prior to any camp.

      g. All credit card charges will incur a 3% processing fee.

 

2. Competitions

      a. Register 30 days in advance with 3 or more teams and receive a free cruise!

      b. Registration cut off dates without penalty will be:
          - 45 days prior to any National Event
          - 30 days prior to any Championship, Spectacular, or Regional

      c. Registrations received after any Monday or 10th business day prior to any event will incur a $50.00 late registration           fee

      d. Registrations received after Monday or 5th business day prior to any event will incur a $100 fee per late           registration fee.

      e. Changes in registration category after any Monday or 5th business day prior to any event will incur a $100 change           fee.

      f. Hotel room deposits are non-refundable. 

      g. Hotel room purchases are non-refundable.

      h. Hotel rooms are not subject to change 60 days prior to the event.

      i. There are no refunds 14 days prior to any event

      j. Various credit card changes will incur a 3% filing/convenience fee.
