I would like to begin this release by thanking all of our friends, loyal customers and supporters over the last 8 seasons. You have helped our business grow into one of the most respected in the industry. We have listened to your call for safer, more fun filled events nationwide, and for that, we thank you for your comments and consideration while choosing the Spirit Cheer brand.

We believe that in order to continue growing our business, introducing new ideas to the market and
taking it to the next level, it only made sense for us to have Jeff Webb and the Varsity Family involved.
We believe that by becoming a member of the Varsity family of companies, we would be able to best
provide the services we feel are necessary and what you have come to expect from Spirit Cheer. This
merger allows Spirit Cheer the financial support, future stability and secured commitment to the
industry for safe and fun cheer events/camps for all that participate.

We feel special to be a part of such a prestigious organization of companies and feel as if we can reward
our customers with new ideas, cutting edge innovations, and fiscal savings like the Varsity Family Plan!
Spirit Cheer will remain the same; always there to answer your question and provide you with the
customer service we have become known for. Spirit Cheer is still the same company with the same
ideals and principals. If you know us, you know about our commitment to better cheer safety standards,
